Boudoir in Denver – Grant Humphreys Mansion

This summer one of my favorite clients contacted me to do a boudoir session as a wedding gift to her now hubby. Boudoir sessions make fantastic wedding gifts and I loved getting to hear about how well it went over when she gifted him an album the night before their big day.  My wonderful friend Peggy over at Indie Six Salon did her hair and makeup for this shoot and we were lucky enough to have the session within the Grant Humphreys Mansion, which is one of my favorite places to photograph boudoir in Denver.

My gorgeous client, M, is a very into fitness and mans Instagram account @cofitsisters with her sister. M wanted a mixture of edgy sexy, fitness, and playful and I loved all of her outfits she brought with her! Especially her Chucks and tank top because they were so “her”! M’s husband races cars and we wanted to incorporate that somehow as an added surprise so she snagged his helmet and we did some shots with it as well. I love adding special pieces of who people are into their sessions, especially with boudoir. Boudoir sessions should be intimate and including personal items can be a special touch to make your session unique to who you are!
